Nowhere is the flooding bruise bigger than in southeastern Saskatchewan after high water destroyed farmland, swept away infrastructure and damaged hundreds of basements.
Things are slowly getting back to normal in the region after washed out roads and highways left communities like Carnduff, Carievale and Redvers more like islands—cut off from the outside world.
